Required for borrowing. Students are automatically eligible.

Books: 3 for 3 weeks.
DVD/CD: 2 for 1 week.

Membership Requirements

External users need membership to borrow books and DVDs. Students are automatically eligible to borrow books, CDs and DVDs.
Membership details are available at the Alliance Française information desk.

Borrowing Policies

Members and students are allowed to borrow a specified number of items for a set duration.
Books: 3 Books for 3 weeks
DVD/CD: 2 DVDs/CDs for 1 week
Magazines: 2 for 1 week (Only the back issues)

Use of Library Resources

Library materials must be handled with care and returned accordingly.

Library Conduct

Show consideration and respect towards others.

Fines and Fees

Late returns: two-day borrowing prohibition for each late day.
Lost or damaged items: borrowers are responsible for replacement.

Library Events and Programs

Information about library events, workshops, and cultural programs will be available on the Alliance Française Chittagong notice board, social media and website.

Note: All documents marked with a RED ROUND STICKER on their spine are designated for reference only within the library premises, enriching your experience within our curated space.
